Unless you are in desperate need of someone to motivate you, don't bother hiring someone.
First check with your doctor that it is safe for you to proceed with a strict exercise regime.
Then just use the Internet to gather information about diet, nutrition and exercise that it effective to the areas which you want to tone up.
Then create your own plan.
After all, the Internet isn't just for porn!

I am a certified personal trainer with first 4 fitness i usually charge between £10-£20 depending on what time of the day it is.

It is really good to have some one there that can push you to your limit and someone that knows what there talking about, to make sure your doing the right exercise, the right technique, and your getting the right nutritional advice.

Depends on the service provided. You negotiate the contract like any other. Ask for references and contact them

i dont and wouldn't, if you need to tone up go to your local gym or look up night classes in your area, a lot of them do a variety of exercise progs, or go jogging its free, and eat well.

Make sure they are certified. The pt's at my gym are not certified in kinesiology and I would never use them.
