It has no proven effect regarding anything among adolescents, really. However, regular ejaculations have been shown to prolong your sex life, meaning you'll be able to have sex at a later age than someone who has sex/masturbates rarely, a use it or lose it type deal. But whether you do or not at this age, you're fine.
