It's nobel of you to know what the "right" answer would be, but like anyone else, any other option would be better. It seems to be that you are both on the opposite spectum. It can be good, and it can be bad at the same time. It seems like there is something deeper than her given excuse. 6 months is truly not a lot of time in a relationship when you think about it.
I think you deserve someone better than her. Someone who will respect your request with reasonability and your own actions with understandment.

ok I will tell you by my own experience ....sometimes we are very embarrasing to tell our boyfriends ...but In my case I was living in a very hard enviroment My mother and father were very very strict ...and from time I was a little girl I had to please my parents most of the time and I had to be the good girl ...do everything as the say and it is so difficult when you reaches 21, 25 and we want to be free as the rest of the young people....it is so hard to be independent sudden and it feels like if we do not do as our parents do then we feel guity and that is why it must be so difficult to her to just act like the rest of the young people ...I thinkl if you really care you can help her little by little to become more free person and independent ...My husband gave me the hand I needed and now I am more independent than him ....look not all of us must act as the rest ...in each person there's a different world what is not normal to you could be the most normal thing to her ....if you love her try to be for her ...I know what I am talking about trust me

omg! that's a horrible girlfriend! if she doesn't respect what you did for our country you really shouldn't be with her! If I were you I would think that was really disrespectful! If I were the girlfriend I would support you all the way. She may be a sweet girl but it seems that's all she's got to her. Tell her that you can't see someone that doesn't have time for you. Hope it helps! =)

Yes, crappy girlfriend. She is also very inconsiderate to your feelings. Dump her! When she comes over the next time at 11pm tell her you are already done and it was so great and you need to get some sleep.

Sounds to me like she isn't really interested in the relationship anymore. Perhaps it is time to sit down and talk with her about it. To me it appears that the relationship is over on her end... but still try to talk with her about it.

I don't think you and her are a very good match. She should respect what you have done. She sounds immature and her living with parents just keeps her that way.
