Star 69 Is used to see who called last, but there if you dial *77 it sets your line as private, so no matter who uses *69 they cant tell who called them. Usually it costs 5 to 10 cents to do *69. I hope this helps you a bit.

yes star 69 tells you the number who called last and it tells the time they called but it costs under a dollar a call dont do it too much it adds up hope i get the 10 points

It you have a caller ID yes you can see who is calling
and yes you can star 69- them right back. And yes it
is an extra charge to have star 69 on you telephone,
your telephone company will charge you.

Yes, you should be able to see who the last person was that called you, unless they have a blocked or unknown ID. It should be free, it depends on your calling plan.
