Get in, ride into the face of the storm, and blare "Rock You Like a Hurricane" on the stereo as loud as it will go!

Or, load up your boat and drive inland a good ways.

What I would do is find the nearest river that is navigable without
bridges for obstruction and try to head at least 20 miles inland.

I would probably tie to a bridge and wait it out when inland and out of the direct path of the wind.

get lots of good line and be ready to beach into something soft
if it gets insane.

Or just have a yard pull it when you get upriver a bit.
