This is a testing ground. This is a test, only a test! If we pass the test, we are the family of God. There are things which must be done in the next world. God is creating a family who truly loves Him from the innerward part of our being. WE love His ideas, His precepts, and His principles. We love them so much, we apply them to our life and are trying to use them on this testing ground to achieve what HE wants. If you call Him Father, then you must behave like a son or daughter! How much love and respect do you have for someone who offer His son to die to pay a price for your redemption? In figuring this stuff out, you will get your wonderful wish...to live with the Father, as His child, an inheritor of His kingdom.

Solomon wrote: "Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble come and the years approach when you will say, 'I find no pleasure in them' . . . Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil. (Ecclesiastes 12)

I believe God wanted someone to love who would love Him back.
That's why we are here.
And some people do love Him.
..and others ignore Him and pretend He isn't there..
Our ultimate aim as christians is to serve and love God and preach His gospel to all who have not heard it

The ultimate aim of life is to experience it. That you do in the company of God whether you acknowledge it or not. How you experience it is your choice.

If you don't like the idea of reincarnation, then don't believe in it. believe that you will go to heaven, or that you have the option, it's up to you. Yahoo answers isn't the best place to find answers to the meaning of life.
