I would suggest increasing your calories. Take your body weight times 15-16 and eat that many calories for 2 weeks. If you gain stay off that until you stop. Then increase 500 per day until you gain again. Stay at that caloric intake. So on. The nutrient ratio is a highly debated subject in the bodybuilding community. I say 40 percent carbs(low glycemic) 30 percent protein, 20 percent fat.

Take a weight gainer powder. Its not possible to add allot of mass and stay cut up at the same time. Once you have the mass you want, you should be able to cut up fairly easy.
