All you need to do is to go to Google or Yahoo, put in panic disorder, agoraphobia and you will find countless links that will help you. There on online chat rooms that are for people who are having similar problems. I have, because of my own situation dug up as much information as possible to help me understand, and see what viable options were available. I found this to be of great help to me.
You can also log on to Web MD, and you should find information on there.
Also if you check with the John Hopkins medical center. If you look up mental health facilities, you will find even more information that could possibly be of help to you. If you want to find books that you can get on the subjects, just go to Amazon or Barnes and Noble, will be of extremely great help. I hope this will be of help to you, and i wish you all the best!

Go to the Yahoo home page and type it in the search engine, or you can call the Community Info and Referral Hotline at one of these #'s: 1-602-263-8856, or 1-800-352-3792. Good luck, hon. (One of the numbers is for Arizona residents only, I can't remember which one. I'm sorry!)
