Why it is, that a lot of wemen look, but when aproched, they don't speak, or act as if they were not just flirting or staring me down. I dont get it- I mean - at first I just passed it off, but it's been going on for a while now and it's not to cool. I'm geting worried because at first I thought that the wemen were shy but it keeps hapening. Like once, I was in the D.M.V. for my motercycle licence, and the girl that worked there was flirting verry hard- verbally and with her body language, she even asked my friend where I was after I left the area she was in, and she told him that she was going to look for me. When I came back to aproach her for her number, she gave it to me (this one time) but the way she acted was not consistant with the way she flirted before, at all. To make it worse when I called, she brushed me off. why did she give me the number in the first place? LADIES PLEASE TELL ME, WHY DO U LOOK BUT DONT SPEAK?

Please don't take being nice for flirting. It sounds like this happens to you really frequently. You will be all that to one person, to the others, you are not. Be patient and accept social graces for what they are.
