be sweet. dont sweet talk 24/7. it gets annoying. but once in a while say something to make her "awwww." instead of calling her sexy/hot. call her gorgeous/beautiful. stuff like that kills us. also LOOK HER IN THE EYE AND SMILE. make it an awkward but great moment. i love that.
LOOKSSS- you gotta be good lookin. thats what you notice on someone first. you need to take care of yourself. some turnons i can suggest are smelling good/ wearing baggy clothes like low jeans and a big tshirt. stuff like that. thats only my opnion though. you gotta smile a lot too. It all depends on what a certain girl is attracted to. Some girls like "pretty boys" others might go for the fat kid. I think what most teenage girls want is a guy who wont judge them or their bodies and just view them as a person. Also, they want a guy who isn't going to rush them into sex.
That's kind of like what adults want too. =)

its a combination... im gonna give you some tips that i use to get ladies (i get an average of 4 numbers a week) and on a scale of 1-10 im only about a 7 or 8 ...
girls like guys who:
1.COCKY AND FUNNY!
(thats the #1 thing girls like... but you have to be both cocky + funny cuz by themselves they suck)
2. do not be submissive
as in let that girl push you around and tell you what to do all the time and actually do it.
3. Body Language
this is very important.. the way you walk and talk is an unconcious player in this game... guys who get girls dont walk around all slouched w/ their heads down.. they walk with their heads up chest out.
4. Mixed messages
this will keep a girl on her feet and make you more mysterious.. and girls LOVE guys who are unpredicatble and mysterious
5. be MYSERIOUS and UNPREDICATBLE
lol... predicatble guys arnt interesting to women
6. BE DIFFERENT
girls r hit on every day all the time... so you have to set yourself apart from the other guys... i dont mean like be different by dying your hair and taking up some kind of strange hobbit! i mean be different as in your approach and the way you talk to them.
7. Treat them like brats
i dont mean to be mean to them.. i just mean treat them like your little sister.. look around... all the guys who have girls treat them like little bratty kids... girls like that.

well,I'm 16,and a guy with some kick *** abs is always nice!!!um.for me i just look for someone that is willing to do whatever it takes to have fun.lol.um.if he's athletic that's always a plus to.oh,and guys that wear chick pants and eyeliner=HOTT!!!lol.oh.and a guy that can say "sex can wait".but you don't find to many of those around.but whatev.i mean ya know? but really that's just what i look for so yeah.

hmm.. in a guy, what usually catches my attention first is looks, if he has his own sence of style..whether it be skater or ganster, thats good, and for personallity, a guy thats funny, and nice, but not a doormat is perfect.... hope that helps!

looks:(most of the time)HOTT,SEXY,CUTE, ect.
clothes:girls dont dig the baggy pants thing,we dig cool shirts but not all that bling bling stuff.
