how about fruit or fruit dishes?? I like angel food cake with strawberries. There are a lot of sugar free biscuits out there. Maybe granolabars and yogurt? just some suggestions.

i think your asking whats good to eat and drink?ok chicken pork rice fruit anything with high protien.green tea is great t drink. drink alot of water i mean alot. a wieght watchers member good luck.
