i am almsot 5,5 and 17 and weigh 113lbs.
im so scarde of getting weighed b.c im scarde i gained but realisticaly i kno i didnt! tommorow i run 6 miles then i go striaght to the Dr.s so i know i burned som any cals.! but im so nervous that im not guna eat breakfeast run 6 miles and go on the scale to be lighter! why am i so nervous and how can i not worry about lossing weight. i use to weigh 120. and lsot it.

First, you are not overweight. You are in the middle of acceptable.
Second, please, please, please throw away youf fashion magazines.
If you eat breakfast, you will burn more calories.
I am deeply concerned that you are so obsessed with burnin calories and watching the scale. I would actually bring this up with the doctor. You are possibly heading toward an eating disorder. Your doctor needs to be aware of this as you may need help.
It isn't necessarily how much you weigh, but are you healthy. Healthy means happy with who you are as much as low blood pressure and so on.
Please talk to your doctor about this weight concern. Exercise bulemia is as dangerous as it's emetic counterpart. You are still growing and need calories to do so. Your body could suffer if you do not nourish it and your mind could suffer if you don't take care of it

You're weight is fine for your height. Obviously you have issues with your weight and should speak to your Dr. about them. Do not skip meals. Especially breakfast. When you do it slows down your metabolism and then you gain weight. Talk to someone before this wieght issue becomes a real problem for you.

The Dr. doesn't really care if you weigh that much with that height. Worry about something else.

first of, that is a great weight, secondly, not eatting breakfast will cause you to pass out during your run, and well thats a whole ball of s*it you don't want to happen. relax, its ok, your weight is perfectly fine. plus at your age, weight changes daily, calm down.

You are not overweight!! You should talk to your doctor about your weight fears. The are unfounded. He/She can get you help with that and you should never be nervous going to a doctor, it is their job to help you be healthy.

Being scarde and nervous about somthing that is dum as that is, is not of god, find Jesus and all of that will go away. The devil is tormeting you find Jesus and pray about it and the devil will flee.

hun i'm 5'9" only four inches taller and I weigh 140 and I'm underweight.... your fine... you need not to worry abot your weight that much

there is nothing wrong with you. eat all your 3 meals a day and ull b fine.
