I'm attracted to one of my co-workers, one night we were hanging out and I accidentally, and I really mean accidentally slipped and let him know that I was attracted to him. I'm somewhat uncomfortable at work now when ever I see him.
How should I react to this situation?
I don't want to seem like a dumb little girl and act all stupid about it, but unfortunately, I'm currently in a relationship, but it's on hold right now... long story....
I don't want a relationship, I just want to have "fun" and nothing else.... I'm lost and confused.... any suggestions?

there's noting wrong with dating people at work, but remember that you still have to have a relationship with them after what ever happens. I've never heard of no strings' working out well at the work place. dating with people who care about each other yes, but not just for the hook-up. what happens if your relationships becomes active again and now you've got a bf and this guy at work. not a good situation. sounds like you need to sort out what is happening with your current relationship instead of making things more confusing for yourself. Then you could be open with the co-worked about what happened and what you're going through. That would make things less weird. if you still really are looking for a hook-up then find it outside of work. best of luck

Apologize to him for possibly making him uncomfortable; after explaining that you're uncomfortable about it because you really didn't mean anything by it.

True story: I got a promotion to a management position on the same day my new boss got his promotion as my senior manager. A month later, valentine's night, my husband and I ran into his wife and him at a hotel night club. He was tipsy. I stuck out my hand to shake with the intention of introducing my husband immediately afterward but he wouldn't let go of my hand! He just held it and started looking dreamily into my eyes. Finally he let me withdraw and everyone was uncomfortable. The next day at work, he came to my office, apologized and it was over. In no time we were despising each other just as most co-workers do!

Let this guy know know exactly what you were trying to say. You have to work with this male so may as well make it as comfortable as possible. I'm sure he'll appreciate your honesty and it will make him feel less awkward also. Best of luck.

Yes, make sure you wear low-cut blouses and give him a lot of peeks at your cleavage. Also wear short skirts without panties once in a while.

Good luck.
