well you can ask yourself why you guys broke up. then ask yourself if she is the woman that u wanted to spend the rest of you life with u know wanted to marry her and have kids that sort of thing. you can still find the love of your life. as the saying goes u will never know what cake you like until you have tryed them all or just a few. but if u answers are yes to the questions then find her and tell her how you feel. of you answer no to these questions then leave it alone and go and find another girl that you find attractive.

Was the bad break up your fault or hers? Was it a combination of the both of you? You should have given a few more details on what help you needed.

You have to look at what you have learned from the relationship, both good and bad, and take that with you. Even a bad breakup leaves you with some lesson to take to the next relationship.Good luck to you.

move on. find love in someone else. talk to your girlfriend, ask if y'all can be friends. Be a man about it. Work out, get involved so you don't think about her constantly. GO out to a bar with your friends and chill out and have a good time

go out and find new women. once you find someone you care about, the last breakup wont be so hard. either way it still hurts so you cant expect to get over it soon. sorry =/
