I doubt you will get a very accurate number since there are new religions being made every day. I know you can count my religion out. Once your heart is weighed and if it is heavier than Ma'at's feather, you cease to exist.

At least 5 religions--Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Zoroastrianism, & Hinduism--view Hell as a pit full of fire.

Buddhism views ice--not fire--as the eternal punishment.

In truth, the Eternal Torture of Hell is being eternally Banned from the Holy Presence Of God, Whom we were all Created By & all seek Divine Union with.

i know that Wiccans and Celtic Pagans do not believe in any
Hell as described by the christians. there are gods of death and of the land of the dead or the underworld but it is not really seen as a place of suffering.

all of the monothestic religions seem to believe in some form of hell(except buddahist)

the native americans do not believe in any hell as described by the christians.

if i had to give a number , first i would have to ask if we were counting every branch of christianity as a differant religion....

if not..

about 4 or 5

if we are

about 4 or 5 ,,,,,hundred
