Today there is too much information available on losing weight that has become more confusing and sometimes difficult to follow. It’s actually very easy to lose weight if you follow my weight loss tips.
* Be in right frame of mind
Before you can start any diet program you need to be in the right frame of mind. If you do not feel good about yourself you probably will not want to choose healthy foods. You cannot expect the act of going on a diet to make you feel better about yourself. The only way you can choose to eat a healthy diet to lose weight is if you have a positive self-image.
* Eat whole food

Eat whole foods that are as natural as possible. When you eat whole foods that are full of nutrients your body will know how much to eat and how much not to eat. You do not have to count calories because your body is a wonderful machine.
* Eat fresh fruit
Eat at least two servings of fresh fruit every day. Choose whatever type of fruit is in season.
* Drink enough water
Drink the best weight loss supplement known to man, water. Most people do not know the difference from being hungry for food or thirsty for water. A great deal of times people eat when they should drink. Most likely you will not feel as hungry if you are getting enough water. You will be satisfying the thirst, which is confused for hunger. Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.
* Always chew your food
Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.
* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal.
* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.
* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!
* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

GET A PLAN.
Stop eating....It's OK not to eat. I know everyone will say you want some candy...NO. I don't need it.... make things like ice cream and candy a treat not a staple. when you lose your first 20 pounds.... havew a coke. did you know if you stopped drinking JUST coke you could lose 15 pounds a year. then add no bread to the diet. Salads can be pretty good.....Drink water that helps curb the appetite. eat Carrots, apples, good stuff.
Guess what. My brother was 250 at 15.. he is 180 at 35. You are 15 I understand. you MUST get your family to honor your eating wishes, don't get frustrated. Confide in a friends family and eat meals over there if your family eats like the Klumps. make a point to not eat at home unless there are healthy alternatives for you.......YOU CAN DO IT. You should eat brekky like sultana bran with skim milk, snack around 10.30am piece if fruit or yogurt, lunch have a wrap with tuna & salad, bout 3pm have snack fruit or yogurt, tea have things like tuna, chicken (skinless) Fish, make sure u have 2 litres of water daily, walk in the mornings before you eat anything you lose my stored fat that way, hav a glass of water with lemon in it before you leave for your walk this helps clean you out and lose weight faster, do at less half hour walk with one hill or more, do warm up stretches before and after your walk,
in the afternoon do more excersises push ups things like that & if you get tired through the day go for a walk feel hungry for chocalote go dance in your room & forget about it, but if that doesn't work just have a little choc & walk a bit longer the next day to walk it off, slowly get into your diet otherwise your Brain will just go back to eating junk again Good luck & stick to it you will be much happy with your results Have fun with it!!!!

first do a lot of strtches like the ones in the link
then do 10 push ups and 25 crunches
then jog on a treadmill for about quarter of a mile
start at a steady pace and increase the number of push ups and crunches and how much you jog each week and you will be satisfied with the results
and then maintain your meals, DO NOT SKIP ANY MEALS!!!!
DRINK LOTS OF WATER 8 glasses a day hopefully
and lay off the snacks the hungry feeling you get when you are about to get a snack is actually fat burning so if you lay off the snacks your body will get regulated
if you do this every day and if you are commited then you willl be very happy with your results

I'd seriously talk to your docter about it. If you've already done that, enroll in Weight Watchers. My mom lost 50 lbs in 7 months. Good luck!
And DON'T think all fruits are ok to eat 24/7. They are full of sugar and carbs. Eat fruits in moderation!
