My question to you is this; why do you want to shread a Bible? Will it make you feel better? Why don't you shread other holy books of different religions? I know that people don't always see eye to eye with Chirstians, but that is no reason to ask if a Bible, the holy book of that religion that many seem to slander, would make good cat litter. If you ask me, I'd say old news papers would probably do better and would hurt less people. If you feel so badly that you need to slander other religion and beliefs then may I suggest get help for your problems and stop push them on other people, that goes for a lot of people. I don't know every single person on here but I think if their beliefs were being trashed they'd have to speak up as I am. Get a life, buddy!

I suppose the shredded paper would make good cat litter. But the Bible is the word of God. Your shredding it doesn't affect His truth. Your question is a small attempt to offend Christians. But it falls on deaf ears here. Our Lord suffered so much more than what you can dish out. The difficult to understand part is that he suffered, bled and died - for you.

My owner threw away his old Bible after he bought a new one. Anyone wants to buy an old Bible in a garage sale? If you have any extra book that you think is no longer useful to you, leave the shredding job to me. Bark bark bark !!

Not. The paper bits will get wet and stick to the cat's feet. They'll track that stuff all over the place.

Sure it would but unlike a Muslim that would cut off your head for doing the same to the Quran, Christians don't get upset because we know that all man will have to answer to God someday so shred away. :)

Probably not. Loose paper like that can get caught in between a cats claws and cause discomfort and infections.
