No, Planned Parenthood offers it to anyone of any age. The offer at a discounted price so that teenagers can afford proper birth control. They also give away free condoms - so make sure your friend uses condoms as well as birth control. Have a great night.

It depends on how old your friend is. If she is under 18 then she is considered dependent on her parents and will need them to go to the doctor with her in order to get a prescription.

Well it will depend on the girl's age if she has to get her parents' permission. Why not talk to your Minister at your Church or go to the Health Department and get their advice. Good luck. People need to to be careful when having sex and not get HIV
