What happens four times in every week,
Twice in every month, but only once in a year?
the answer would be the letter "e" appears.

Shouldnt it study like this : What occurs 4 time in per week, two times in each month and once in a 365 days? The letter "e" is the answer because "e" occurs 4 situations in "per week" and a pair of situations in "each month" and one time in "a 365 days.
