Although scabies occurs most commonly in unhygienic conditions, anyone can get it. If youyr physician diagnoses scabies, you will need to scrub all infected areas and then apply a prescribed medication to your whole body below the neck. It is important to follow the directions on the label carefully.
The mites that cause scabies do not live long if they are removed from human skin. Therefore, clothes and bedding that cannot be laundered for some reason will be free of contamination if they are left unused for at least four days.

I went to the doctoer and he gave me a prescription soap and it went away the very next day. Also change your bed sheets. It doesn't mean you are dirty in a sense, a lot of people get them from working in attics or musty old places and what not. I don't know how you got yours, but I know they can be miserable especially at nite.

1. Take tab. ivermectin 12mg. on 1,2 and 10 th day .
2. 2% permethrin it is very safe single application is sufficient. Apply all over below neck don't leave any part of body, for better result apply after bath,left all over till next morning.treatment is safe for any age group except oral ivermetin we don't prescribe children age below 5 yrs.

Yes there good number of creams specially sulphur soap for washing legs will ease the problem.
