Buddhist would pray for both the creature and you because they believe that a person can always change even if they are ignorant and arrogant. But I wouldn't do that for you, I think I would probably just cut off your balls.

It would probably depend on "which" Hindus/Buddhists you do this before. There are extremists and pacifists in just about every religion. You will be taking your own chances!
I would stop you from torturing an animal, and I'm not Hindu or Buddhist.

First of all they will try to stop you by making you to understand that violence is not a good thing. If you do not stop then be ready to become an animal or the holy cow depending on your behavior. However choice is yours.
