sounds like the big ones are coming through the symptoms are the same with the big teeth and small teeth I mean big for the big ones that this age would get. He may be in more pain with these teeth then he would have been with the small ones how ever every body is different some kids breeze through it while other kids really play a treat. some kids Panadol would not go a stray or hurt to make sure he is not in any pain. Drooling, sucking on thier lips, rubbing cheeks, watery eyes, moaning, crying, swollen gums, gums changing colors(red, pink, light pink) sometimes change of stool and need to be cuddled.

Those definitely could be symptoms, also, rash on the face and butt, diarrhea, runny nose, elevated temperature....although a pediatrician would tell you differently, every mother knows better.....

it sounds as if he's got it!!
now hes older try rubbing clove oil for kids on it.
and ibuprofen for the pain.
