i am in the exact same situation with this girl who just broke up with her boyfriend. more often than not he will quickly jump back into a relationship for prestige popularity and for the feeling of being cared. so if u have the slightest hint that he likes you then go for it. the other way would be to tell ur friend or one of his to find out if he has a crush on you or not. and show a bit of skin..we r guys..we r pigs .

I wouldn't risk your friendship if you're only "kinda" into him. Wait for a while before you do anything. See if your feelings for him strengthen. What he needs from you right now, is for you to be there for him? He's probably not over his ex, so he probably needs moral support even if he won't admit it. Just be his friend right now.

why don't u try to hangout with him first just to see if he likes anybody else. Then try to flirt with him. Go out to the movies somewhere dark but public just incase. From there u should know what to do. Incase if he does like you. Kiss him

ASK HIM OVER TO YOUR HOUSE TO DO HOMEWORK AND FEEL HIM OUT WHEN NOONE ELSE IS AROUND.
