This thing shouldn't have happened if you have paid in full for the components. You should bring the receipt and go to the store again to verify. That could be just an misunderstanding.

Even if you hadn't paid, a 'creditor' is legally bound to STOP calling you and harassing you if you tell them to stop. If I were you, I'd make copies of the receipts you have. Mail them to her, CERTIFIED mail (and ask for a receipt when you mail it) so she has to sign for them. Keep that receipt. Then call the Better Business Bureau and tell them about her harassing you, and call all of the credit reporting agencies (Experian, Trans-Union and Equifax) and tell THEM about this. They can help you find who else you need to report this to, if that's not enough.

I really don't know what to do but I also recently bought stuff off of a website from Singapore and the whole thing turned out to be a fraud and I couldn't get back any of the money. I hope everything turns out right for you.

The receipt with the PAID stamped on it is proof enough. It will stand in any court.

I think you should go down to the shop to sort this thing out.
If all things fail, tell her she can go ahead to sue you by all means, you have the receipt in hand.
If she keeps calling you to harrass you, make a police report
