Well, if you want a change, why don't you look into renting a luxurious apartment or timeshare in Paris for a week?

I don't even think you'll appreciate my answer since the places you've stayed are much nicer than where I have. Go for a change, try a quaint little European hotel. We stayed at the Cactus, we found it off of the site, www.parishotels.com
It was small but clean, I think even if I could afford to stay at the places you listed I'd rather stay at a small place and use my money on other things.

I stayed interior the Aloha Hostel in Volontaires for 5 days and it became certainly advantageous. I had the main inexpensive determination - a 6 dorm room (so 4 strangers, cos i became with a chum). The bathe became advantageous (for a hostel), the unfastened breakfast became sturdy (yet with weird and wonderful-tasting coffee), and the region became somewhat elementary. Very on the fringe of a metro, and a lot of cafes and alimentations and a miles less costly supermarche. on the different hand, we many times went to the Rue Mouffetard which had stupendously much less costly chuffed hour bars and cocktails and became an stunning place, and there became a hostel there stated as youthful and chuffed. have not been interior, in spite of the shown fact that it regarded somewhat first rate (for a hostel) and became in an stunning region. I even have friends who stayed interior the three geese and suggested that became completely advantageous. A hostel is definitely your suitable guess - they many times have unfastened breakfast, information superhighway get entry to available, and English-talking team. So: the Aloha, youthful and chuffed, or the three geese. word their web pages!

I recently stayed at the Hotel Westin on Rue Castiglione. It was very nice. We managed to get a room with a view of the Tuilleries, which was very nice. I would definetly recommed it if you're looking for a luxury hotel.
It's a bit in the touristy section, but if you're familiar with the Metro, you can get to the Marais, St. Germain, and such easily.

Why not try a chic hotel in Paris - there are some amazingly cool places that leave the more formal ones in a different place altogether:
A few favorites:
http://www.hotelcostes.com/ (with probably the most lively, elegant bar in Paris)
http://www.muranoresort.com/murano.html (very chic and minimalist - at the edge of the Marais - a wonderful area to explore)
http://www.kubehotel.com/kubehotel.html (a hidden gem near montmartres, with a very special bar that gives you a fur coat on entering - the bar is -4C - all drinks are served well chilled ;-)
And 1 new one (I stayed in their Geneva hotel which was amazing, so i expect the same from them in Paris and it looks like they will deliver)

Enjoy!

I second that answer. Rent an apartment on the Left Bank this time and live like a Parisian for the holidays! That is a definite change.
