As already stated not enough info but i can tell you this in the car collector world there were a lot of these cars produces the Mark IV and Mark V are pretty much the same thing they were made from 1972 through 1979. They are not worth much only really low miles which around 50,000 or less is considered low miles and in top notch shape and mostly original other then that $1000 to around $2500. A really low miles perfect condition all original could bring as high as $10,000 or more.

Wow mid seventies Mark IV Do you know the 460 cubic engine with four barrel carb needed a gas station attached to the back of the car to feed it. Besides all serviceable parts are no longer available. I would shy away from buying a tank like that. Unless they had a parts car for parts. The pre 1975 Mark is a real survivor let some one else have grand dads car.

Go to www.nada.com and enter the info. You will need the information. No one can tell you what something is worth without describing the article. Your description is vague as will be your answers.

In very good condition I would say $5,000-$8,500
In good condition I would say $3,000-$6,000
In fair condition I would say $1500-$3500
