once you're done growing, usually in the late teens, your bones don't change in size but women who have kids can have their bone structure change (hips wider, etc.) otherwise they stay the same.

they won't grow anymore but some of your cartelege will grow like your ears and nose. That's why you see old men with big ears and noses because they continue to grow. You will put on more weight as you eat more and exercise less but the bones will stay the same size.
