Ok me and my Boyfriend have been going out for 3 months (not including the 3 weeks we broke up) and yesterday when we went to hang up the phone he said love you,I was confused so I just said bye! Now he's like really mature and we've only hugged but not kissed yet and I really like him! Now today he said Love you and without thinking I said it back! So have any of you ever told a guy love you not because you felt you had to but like you wanted to and your heart told you to say it fore your head even thought bout it,but you're not sure if you really love him? Has anyone else felt this way? (sorry it's really confusing but that's exactly how I feel!)

i understand. your head is telling you not to but your heart is telling you to. you sound happily confused, and that can be a good thing and a bad. figure out if you love him. saying you love him means you love all of him. and sometimes it wont work out. you may come to a time in your life where, as much as you want to be together, you can. then you start to not want to be together. that means that you may love him but hes not "the one" which is okay. im sorry that wasnt really about your thing but i have had the feeling you have had. its nice.

i have told a guy i loved him simply because he said that he loved me... i didnt even really likie him which caused big issues in the end... there have been 2 guys in my hole life that i have loved... but i never told them... one of them broke it of b4 i got a chance... and the other has always been like a brother 2 me until i feel in love with him... and i havent been able to tell him due to not wanting to lose the close friendship that we share... i no ur confusion and i hope it works out...
