Since I can't run out to the store, since I think they're still made...

They're sticky and thick to chew, very sweet/sugary, coated in sugar so they've got a white, crisp appearance. The colors varied from which flavor, but they were pretty bright. The candies were sort of clear, the way Dots are but a bit clearer. They come in fruit flavors; I remember them shaped like watermelon.

The other is more of a meringue/marshmallow type thing. I remember them being orange. I think they came in flavors like orange, peach, apple. They're sort of whtie-ish colored, like how a Necco is. They're again very chewy and soft/sticky. Not sticky like a Peep; neither is that sticky, but more like a thick marshmallow.

The texture of the first one is like Swedish Fish candies. They're clear like that too. The second one isn't clear at all.

I think I can help you with half of your question. The orange one I do believe to Circus Peanuts and are sold throughout the United States. The other ones sound like Gummy Fruits. But I'm not really sure about that.

Is the second one called "circus peanuts," but they're sort of a less-squishy marshmallow that sort of melts in your mouth? They do still make those.

#2) It sounds like circuse peanuts... but those only come in one flavor and color (pinkish orange).
