It all depends on you body structure and male or female. yes there is some one known as the gym in charge who can help you with the literature giving you all the details of body weight to height ratio for both male and female.Do keep in mind that doing over weight is of no use unless you give the body the time to restore the mass you want.wishing you all the luck for a better chest and figure you want .
