my x-boyfriend still likes me and he called me a jerk and is jelas of my boyfriend right now but i can t get him out of my head i don't know what to do ? can yall help me

Firstly, if you and your ex-boyfriend has made a clean break, you are not a jerk for starting a new relationship.
Secondly, maybe you can take into consideration that whether your ex-boyfriend is worth your thinking of him till now.
Cuz in my personal opinion only, he seems to be a rather possessive person, from the way he reacted to you, though you have broken up with him, may it be you still like him or not.
Thirdly, it may be unfair to your boyfriend and yourself. There is no point getting yourself troubled over your ex boyfriend, unless you think he's better than your current one.
The person who's in that circle itself knows better. People around you can't give you lots of advice especially in love matters.
Hope you can choose someone who can really give your happiness till old.

If you can't get him out of your head, you have no business being with someone else. You need to get over him, get some closure, and then after a while you will be ready to have another boyfriend. Then kick him in the balls.

It sounds like you have to decide whether or not you want to indulge your ex or try to maintain what you have now. You can't have both, if you keep thinking of your ex, your current boyfriend may find a way not to be in the picture. Do you want that? Your ex is your ex for a reason. If you still have feelings for him, you need to decide if what you had is worth going back to or do you want the potential of the future to come.

If hes called you a jerk, din he must be a dick head. Tell him to take a dive so's that you kin go on with life. He aint worth the trouble or is he. Weigh up the options who treats you better. I sure as hell wouldn't go back to the dick head 1.

well if he calls you names you are better off without him. As for getting him out of your head, find something to keep you busy. like a boyfriend who treats you with respect.
