is there any special foods i can eat to lose weight befor 9/05/06 and what are they and also how many situps would i have to do to get rid of my bulge it's little but it's still there cause i have to be little at the top cause i'm big at the bottom yes but but is a way to get rid of the bulge???

You could try, but you'd probably be miserable and hungry. Wouldn't it be great is you could breathe, try to think about what you DO like about your body, and maybe think about what you'd be worrying about if you weren't focusing on your body? (I imagine something is coming up in a week that is making you nervous....)

Hello there .I dont think you should feel for the figure you have ,as it is natural and inherent in the gene ,But the only way you can really get rid of it is through routine EXERCISE ..A part from regular exercise you should do some rolling on the floor left to right and right to left for about 15 minutes daily before having any food for about 45 days .Take it from me you will see the difference and like it too.
There is some thing knows as diet which is very important and it should be in control eat as many as fruits/ salads and drink sugar free juices and eat only fat free food ,if you really want to see the change in you.you should also take the advice of a good doc and nutrition so that you don't spoil your health .

Workout an hr everyday (cardio) try turbo jam perfect cardio
cut out on carbs and fats... eat lean protein a fist size.. ofcourse 3 times aday
do not eat after 6pm bcuz if u do that where the fat goes to urr bellyyy... and its gets jiggly
umm watelsee half a grapefruit in between every meal.. it burns off fat...
green tea does too..
i once heard on the news that if u drink 3litres of green tea without sugar for a month.. u can lose up tp 35pounds... anyway never tried it, but green tea was on oprah and u can actually lose so much weight!! from every inch of ur body

the first answer is good i work at a physical fitness center and the first answer has a lot of details but you need to eat at list 6 small meals a day for example eat a big breakfast like a king. and then eat a snack like and apple or a cup of yogurt.. then eat like a Queen for lunch..then eat a snack between lunch and dinner like before... then eat like a servant for dinner. then eat you another snack about two hours later.... exercise at least once aday or more if you can fit it in your schedule. start off slow and work your way up by that i mean start off with maybe 15 sit ups today and 20 tomorrow. and so on. eat health cut out your salts and fried foods. eat allot of protein and drink lots of water. and by the way GOOD LUCK you can do it.....

I am pear shaped also but look sexier with my figure. I wear stretch pants and blouse if not black dark colors. I do the taebo.
