It could be a hormone thing. It would be best if you took her to your vet to rule out things like bladder infections and such. Good luck.

My dog had the same problem... She was house broken but all of a sudden she peed everywhere. The problem is a bladder infection due to an inbalance in the Ph levels of her food. Your best bet is to take her to the vet to get a shot and change her diet. I believe Purina makes a special dog food that can help balance out the Ph level. Good luck!

get to the vet. she may have an infection or an incontenence problem, both are common in female dogs. The vet will check a urine sample and find out what kind of problem she has. both can be fixed with simple medication. good luck!

She could have a urinary tract infection. If she isn't fixed, she could also be in heat. Some of the dogs lick themselves all the time to keep themselves clean when in heat and they are bleeding. After the bleeding they will dribble some too.

It really common in spayed females to have a little bladder trouble. Just to make sure it is not a bladder infection you should have her checked by a vet.

My young greyhound does this and my vet said it could be hormones. I trust him but have no idea how this could relate to hormones. Have you had your dog spayed? My greyhound HAS been spayed but my vet said that it could also be a hormonal imbalance. I was given hormone pills for her but honestly I've been scared to try them on her so far. Talk to your vet. It could also be a bladder infection.
