A nice picture of grandma with her granddaughter. Attached to this picture have a hand written poem that expresses your love and gratitute for having this woman as your grandmother. This would mean more to her than any gift you could purchase at either a real expensive store or a discount store. Make it personal and I bet that she would treasure it forever. Not only will she treasure it but you will treasure that moment in your memory also, long after grandma's has gone on to her next live.

About a year ago, I decided to callmy grandma each week.I call her on my luch break on Wednesdays. It was the best decision I ever made. My mom tells me that she looks forward to those calls about as much as she looks forward to her hair appointments- which for my gramms is A BIG THING!!! We may only talk 10 or 15 minutes and it may be mostly small chat about the weather and little nothings- but to me, it's precious moments that I will always treasure!!!

Hey sweetie I am a grandma myself . To tell you the truth the thing I like the most is spending time with my grand children. Go to the park with her and just walk and talk for awhile . I am sure she will love it.

Ask her about her life growing up. Nobody wants to be forgotten. The older we get, the more we want to pass on our stories. Grandmas love that. Good luck, and she's a lucky woman.

just go and spend some time with her. she will love that, they cherish every moment that you do. spend all the time you can with her. one day she will pass on and you will wish you did. just take a picture of you and her together, and put it in a frame and give it to her. she will love it. just cherish the time you have with her.
