Holographic CD w/Key - this software is identical to full retail version except no retail box or manual is provided. It includes a holographic CD w/Key. Usually an online manual can be accessed on the CD.

A "Hologram CD" is likely to be a genuine Microsoft CD, not a burn, download, or a type of OEM CD.

If all you need is Word and Excel, try looking for a Basic Edition OEM. It will have Word, Excel, and Outlook, but doesn't cost very much at all compared to some other versions.

If you are a student, check out the student teacher edition. It is considerable less than all other software versions.
