INGREDIENTS:
* 3 cups cooked diced chicken
* 1 can cream of mushroom soup
* 1 can cream of celery soup
* 2 cups chicken broth
* 1/2 cup melted butter
* 1 package herb-seasoned stuffing mix, (6 to 8 oz)
* 1 cup shredded cheese, Swiss or Cheddar
PREPARATION:
Combine soups and chicken broth; add diced chicken to the mixture. Add butter to dressing mix. Combine chicken mixture with the dressing mixture. Place in a 2 to 2 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes
Top with shredded cheese during the last 5 minutes if desired.
Serves 6.

Stew 1 whole chicken with the following :
1 diced onion
3 stalks celery
salt to taste
When chicken is cooked ( about 1 hr. )
remove from broth and remove skin and bones.
Return chicken to the broth
Add 1 large bag of seasoned bread crumbs. Stir in well.
Add 3 beaten eggs. Mix well.
Pour into a large baking dish and bake on 350' for 1 hr. or until golden brown.

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup butter
4 cups bread cubes
1 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
chicken broth
PREPARATION:
Sauté onion and celery in the butter until tender. Combine onion mixture with bread, pepper, eggs, salt, sage and poultry seasoning in a large mixing bowl. Stir in broth until well moistened. Bake in a greased foil-covered shallow baking dish at 325° for about 35 to 45 minutes.
