English-Very Tall and lean-Less Wrinkles. Bul"massive" head size, strong, and very solid. Neapolitan-Large head, very very wrinkled face (i have two) wrinkles on legs and parts of body. All very strong, loyal, working dogs. The dog In Harry Potter is a black neo mastiff. Most neo's have a cropped tail, by 1/3 length. Mine don't though. The tails are pretty long. They are living, breathing Gargoyles, with a face you either love or hate. I personally love them.

My icon is my Bullmastiff...Isn't she beautiful??
An english mastiff is generally the largest of the 3 mastiffs.
A bull mastiff is a cross between an english bulldog and a mastiff.
Neopolitan mastiffs are full of wrinkles and are the shorter of the 3 . Poor things, neopolitans are full of wrinkles; worse than a shar-pei. Hootch was a neopolitan.
My bulmastif is 6 months old now (she was only @ 4 in the pic). She's roughly 65 pounds already and a MOOSE.
