I dont know what to do with it. It is below my shoulders probably 3 inches. I dont know if i should get is cut to my shoulders or let it grow out. What do you think? Can you give me some websites with pics on them.

Get your hair long! Long hair is so sexy on girls and short hair on them makes them look smarter or slightly masculine. If you don't want to grow your hair out, get it cut up to your shoulders! All the hot girls in my school have it either long and flat ironed or shoulder lengthed and wavy.

If you have no reason to grow your hair out, I would consider growing it out for a long time and then donating it to locks of love. You need at least 10 inches to donate so it may take a year or so to grow out. I grew my hair out for about a year and just cut ten inches in July. It's just below my chin now but short cuts are great for summer. So then next summer, you can have a nice refreshing cut too!
