Lager and ale are both styles of beer and are usually 5% alcohol.
If a beer has more than 5% alcohol it must be called "malt liquor." If it has more than 10% alcohol it must be called "barley wine."
Wine is usually 10% to 14% alcohol.
Spirits is another word for liquor and is usually 40% to 50% alcohol.
The most famous and prized American liquor is no doubt: Jack Daniels whiskey

Lagers and stouts are both beers. Beers, wines and hard liquors all vary in alcohol strength.
Wait another six years before you start drinking. Make sure you're of age.

do pH tests on it by titration methods. a pH less than 7 is acidic and one greater than 7 is basic. Just make sure it's not too acidic even it is strong.
