Where u begin is your classroom. Your classmates, talk to them, get to know them. School SPort events and other social gathering, go with classmates, you are bound to meet someone through your friends.

Be nice and appear like you're somebody that everyone can enjoy. If you're hot and sweet, ALL the girls will fall for you. I've seen it happen at my school lol

Just go up to the girl u like... Tell her that you are new to the school... Then make friends with her... and just slowly take it from there...

just keep on doing the things you love(concerts, sports, shopping at stores you like, etc...).eventually someone with a similiar interest in what you are doing will approach you or make it a bit obvious that they want to be approached. that's your best chance at lfinding someone compatible.

Football games every Friday or Saturday.....hundreds of people there and people go out after wards.
