Fat Free White Bread
¾ cup Water
1 tablespoon applesauce
1 ½ tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Dry Milk
2 ¼ cup Bread Flour
1¼ teaspoon active dry yeast
1. Place all measured ingredients into pan.
2. Select White Cycle
3. Remove loaf carefully from pan, let cool.

1 cup Water
1 tablespoon Butter or Margerine
1 ¾ teaspoons Salt
3 cups Bread Flour
1 tablespoon Dry Milk
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 ¾ teaspoons active dry yeast
1. Combine measured ingredients in bread pan, liquids first, and then dry.
2. Form a hole in the flour to add yeast.
3. Select: light, medium, or dark crust color
4. When finished, carefully remove and let cool.

The book store has plenty of bread maker cookbooks, also
the library.
I have also found the recipes VERY good.

Don't look in a bread maker - try a cookbook instead, or go to www.epicurious.com.

You can get good bread machine cookbooks. But try BettyCrocker.com or Pillsbury.com and you can probably just print them out.
