Their migration season is coming up, so set out some fruit for them. They love twinberries best if you can find some (or plant one!). They will eat oranges, berries, bananas, and cherries. Perhaps mountain ash? (not sure of that one). Change the fruit daily, and set it where they have some cover from a bush but you can still see them. set out a bird bath as well.

I don't know if Ohio gets them or not, but the combination of water/marsh/pond plus berries will do it. I live near a pond, and they come to a tree in my front yard that has orange berries at end of August, and clean the tree of every last berry. I love to see them too! Arent they cool birds>>>
