Everyone's heart gets broken in this here life...and it wouldn't get broken if it was by someone who wasn't close to you and that you loved the most..that's the only reason it get's broken...our hearts don't get broken over people we don't even care about.
What happens...you'll go through a bad time...but someone else will come along to lift you up..or something to inspire you etc...but there is enough rage and hate in this world dude...gotta get it out in a more positive way...write or paint or play or create in some way...if everyone that got their heart broken (which is everyone) took it out in rage - this world would be an even harsher place than it already is....shed a tear or two or three - and the best revenge is putting out something good in the world to see yourself through...and live to love and trust again.

Rage > You got dumped but you still need a 100% very good serious answer of the reason else someone's in for some pain.
You just need to cool of some steam.
Hate > Close to Rage but you are starting to hate those you love the most.
This I think result you thinking of the past like you did good to those you love and is this the result you should get... Quite unfair for yourself and you might think of counter-attack but you are just thinking that... not sure if you're going to do it for real.
Sadness > Well, in the end feeling sad is true... you try to rethink the reason from the Rage problem and the decision from the Hate problem... You're just feeling unsure... with unresolved problems...
So I think you should try to resolve your problems and face the facts... Keeping it all in is not good but saying all out in front of those you love is not good either... Try to take it in a mature way and move on...

Only time can heal that wound. I would talk to friends and family that you can trust. To vent out some hurt feelings. Hate, Rage and Sadness always kicks in first. Eventually the hurt will subside as you live on with your life.

You will go through many emotions, even rage. Try writing everything down. Just do a draft on your email. Don't send it but, it helps to write things down. Gets it out of your system a little. I write notes to myself I call 'reminders'. When my man and I make up I read the 'reminders' from time to time so I won't expect too much and/or can evaluate whether I want to stay with him. You cry a lot too. That's on my reminders list. You will get over it eventually. Good luck to you.

Well, everyone gets hurt but you have to decipher if it was done intentionally or not. Although that will not ease the hurt it may make you step back from the situation and see it from another perspective. Whatever was done to hurt you will come full circle and that person/persons will get theirs in the end so don't make things worst by changing your personality or attitude because that will only make you more cold towards people.

You pick up the pieces and continue on. The sad truth is we always hurt the ones we love the most. the way I look at it is if I didn't love so much, then it wouldn't hurt so much in the first place.

You need to allow yourself to grieve for what has happened to you, realize that it can't be undone, and learn so as not to form a pattern. This stuff will always be with you, so you have to learn to live with it, and the only way to do that peacefully is to forgive.
If you are being habitually abused in any way, seek help immediately.

It is terrible to be hurt by someone you love. They say time heals all wounds but I don't know about that. Was it a life changing experience?
Is it something that you could ever forgive?
If you believe you could forgive it someday then why not go ahead & forgive it now & stop being tortured by your anger.
