Some cats like to poop in one box, pee in another. So do try at least one other box.
Dr. Elsey's Cat Attract litter helped one of my cats break a bad litterbox problem. It has special herbs in it that is supposed to attract the cat. I understand now that some veterinarians are carry the herbs in their office. You might get some there and sprinkle it on top of the litter you are using.
All other suggestions are worth a try. Really the poop is easier to deal with than the urine.

She may have some kind of stomach/intestine problem that causes her discomfort when she poops. Since this sensation occurs when she's pooping in a litter box she could associate the discomfort with her litter, and decide that if she poops elsewhere it won't bother her, thus the pooping everywhere but her litter box. I suggest taking her to a vet and getting a check up to make sure there isn't some other underlying medical problem.

put the poop in the liter box and put her in the box too. She'll get the idea. Aslo try keeping you litter box super clean. Cats are weird and if the box is to dirty they will go eles where. Good luck. Aslo try getting a spray like NO! which will keep the cat from going on the same spota nad keep it off of furniture!

You should be glad its not the other way around its much harded to clean. What worked with litter training my cats was the old nose in the mess(not like right in it but close you know) a big bad "NO" or "BAD" then take them to the litter box and set them in it. Do this everytime till he gets the hint. Hope it works for you !!!

its gross but put her poop in the box when she goes and she'll hopefully get the idea that thats where it goes. or try changing her litter she might not like it

I would scoop up her crap and put it in the litter box. Thats what i would do

push her nose in the poop and throw her in her liter box
