the people who see me with "frozen shoulder" usually dont have tightness or atrophy in the deltoid itself take a small can of soup and hold it by the top danlge your arm down and allow the can to weigh the arm make a small circular motion clock wise and counter clockwise the muscles will get tired , rest and do about three times a day (it helps) and find a good massage therapist , contrary to popular belife i have seen people over come it w/o surgery , good luck

Get it replaced. A bad shoulder can ruin your life (especially if its your dominate arm). I had my shoulder replaced 3 yearsago and its wonderful now

Heat then gentle stretch. Don't let it sit there. You should see a physical therapist regularly for professional advice.
