This is like asking what countries have sunshine.
Let's start with, what curry is. It could be that not everyone knows.
Basically it's a thickened, brownish, spicy sauce.
Made with ingredients so widely varied from country to country it would be impossible to list them all.
At it's simplest it's ghee(clarified butter), butter, palm oil or coconut milk, onions, shallots and any number of varied spices blended and thickened with a bean flour.
It's uses are as varied as it's ingredients from a sauce used to cook with as a form of either marinate or gravy to being cooked and served over rice.
OK, that being said,..
Any countries having an India, Asian, East Asian, British, South Asian, Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, Caribbean, Malaysian or Thai,( just to name a few), people as a part of their population, cook with curry.
Curry is probably as widely used as a food staple as the potato.
Hey, I hope I helped.

English people eat curry (some of us) because it is part of the old colonial countries' way of cooking. Itis not indigenous to English cuisine. India is the most famous for curry, but Morocco and other North African countries sometimes use it as well.
