Spicey Burgers
Burgers with a subtle spicey flavour. The fresher the minced beef the better and don't go too lean as the meat won't bind together easily. Great served in buns with fries as a side!

Try this one. Sorry i don't have exact amounts, but the more spice, the better:
Spicy Pork
Trim a 2.5-3 lb pork roast.
Sprinkle with black pepper and brown on all sides in hot oil.
Place in dutch oven and add:
1/2 large onion in slices
1 large can stewed tomatoes, diced
1 can Rotel tomatoes
6-8 cloves of crushed garlic
1 bay leaf
A sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes
About 1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt to taste.
Cover and cook about 3 hours in 350 degree oven or can simmer on top of stove till meat falls apart. Add water if needed during cooking.
Great served in kaiser rolls!

Anything you want and add Dave's Ultimate Insanity hot sauce to it.
I love spicy hot food, and I can't eat this. I add 2 drops to my pot of beef stew and it heats up nicely.
