I lived in Alaska for 17 years and the grossest Ice Cream on the face of the Earth is Eskimo Ice Cream, I've given you a recipe in case you'd like to try it at home:
Grate reindeer tallow into small pieces. Add seal oil slowly while beating with hand. After some seal oil has been used, add a little water while whipping. Continue adding seal oil and water until white and fluffy. Any berries may be added to it.

I tried tofu ice-cream and suprisingly it was really tasty.
The grossest one was ginger flavour. I thought it would be nice, I like ginger cookies but it didn't work in ice-cream.
