My first thought of a "soft" girl is a few extra pounds. You poke the body and it gives a bit, like a pillow or loaf of bread.
Otherwise, it could describe a gentle person who really doesn't look able to play hard. I couldn't picture a soft girl skiing or doing anything outdoorsy.

Soft is a good term for a female which has radiant skin. Not packing a six pack or having a major muscle group highly developed. A younger person with a tenderness and softness as in not callused or rough skinned.
Hope that helps.

Well contoured, no sharp boney edges. Full cheeks, mouth and lips. Plenty of subcutaneous fat, without being overweight. These types of people are hard to wrinkle until they hit late 60's or so. Even then modestly. African-Americans have soft features and are usually hard to wrinkle, making them very attractive in later years.

It's a nice, decent description of someone who looks fragile but without appearing boney or skinny but lacking in muscle definition or tone.

It means you don't appear to have a sharpness to your figure..which would happen if you were skin and bones and all you could see were bones..so yeah..It's a good compliment
