I assume that he is talking about piercing the hemmoriods that have pushed there way out of the rectum (they look like a flower).....considering this is what he means...he must first know that this would be fiercly painful and would bleed quite a bit. I certainly would not recommend this

I know ppl who are real hemmorhoids on the butt of humanity, and they've had peircings - does that count?
Otherwise, I'd say ask your boyfriend to do it and tell us if he says it hurt and if you find it attractive.......

never heard of it........but im a cna and that isnt a good idea. that will cause tremendous bleeding..........and its very unsanitary
